Welcome to Quasar Trading System (“Quasar”), operated by The Merchant Hesham Ahmed Elsaid Ahmed Abdelfattah, TAX Number: PL9571154770, registered in Poland. By accessing or using Quasar, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement. Please read carefully.

1. Service Requirements

1. Users must have:

• A valid trading account.

• A VPS (Virtual Private Server) or a PC with a stable internet connection running 24/5 to ensure Quasar functions properly.

• Adequate trading capital disclosed at the time of checkout.

2. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their trading setup meets these requirements.

2. Acknowledgment of Risks

1. Trading in the Forex and financial markets involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all individuals.

2. Users agree that Quasar does not guarantee profits, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. If clients lose their money completely, they bear full responsibility, especially if they did not follow the company’s guidance.

3. Limitations of Liability

1. The company is not liable for:

• Losses incurred due to market conditions, user errors, or misuse of the software.

• Failures related to users’ trading setups, VPS, or internet stability.

2. The maximum daily loss is limited to 3% of trading capital due to Quasar’s strict risk management. However, this does not prevent users from incurring losses due to their own trading actions.

4. Non-Defamation Clause

1. Users agree not to make defamatory statements about Quasar, its team, or the company on social media, online forums, or any public or private platforms.

2. In the event of defamatory behavior, the company reserves the right to take legal action, including seeking financial damages.

5. Indemnification

1. Users agree to indemnify and hold The Merchant Hesham Ahmed Elsaid Ahmed Abdelfattah harmless from any third-party claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of Quasar.

2. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to improper usage, misrepresentation, or violation of applicable laws.

6. Right to Modify Terms

1. The company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time with prior notice to users via email.

2. Continued use of Quasar after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. TheseTerms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland.

2. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Poland.

8. User Acknowledgment

1. Users must confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms &Conditions before subscribing to Quasar.
